Geen paniek

Yesterday night, I attended the birthday party of a classmate from the academy. It was around four when everybody went home and the host appeared to be ready for bed, but as usual this particular friend of mine and I were just getting started. Thus, we decided to follow a similar routine as we did about two weeks earlier (Around ten; not according to plan).

This time, though, we didnt go to any bar, but went straight for the hot chicken. Super hot chicken, this time. (For variation.) It was at least equally good. This time, we were asked to leave a bit sooner than the last time (then again, they had already cleaned up the place that time), so we decided to chill at my friends place a bit.

I dont know at what time I got home exactly, but when I hit the sack, I realized I only had a couple of hours sleep left before I had to go and attend my second anxiety management (paniekmanagement) session. Even then, I couldnt manage to fall asleep, so I basically just lay there for a couple of hours before heading to PsyQ. (Gotta love that new name.)

Not sleeping at all often increases my overall anxiety level, as does attending psycho-medical sessions. However, I felt surprisingly. Frankly, I was laughing my ass off. (Then again, this session was about focussing on a positive moment in order to control approaching anxiety).

Right after my session, I was invited to the movies by a friend because a film was playing that has her sister in it. I thinkt thats awesome, but even though the morning went well, I didnt consider myself to up for that quite yet (sitting still for so long). Oh well, a few more weeks. ?
