While playing the second game of the first round 2007 NBA play-offs in NBA Inside Drive 2004, I not only marked up a 113 to 95 win of the Minnesota Timerberwolves over the Memphis Grizzlies, but also posted my first Quadruple Double! (With who else than Kevin Garnett?)

I once did a quintiple double with Jordan on Nba live 2004. He had 36 points, 11 assists, 15 steals, 10blocks and 17 rebounds

of course, in nba 2004 live you can decide who many blocks, points, .... happen in the game.....
but was there ever a quintiple double in nba???
