Okay, hold up, hold up… First of all, my name isn't Robert—so please don't call me that—but when did Adobe Systems Incorporated lower itself to guessing random email addressen and spamming them with unsolicited email? …and for what purpose; as propaganda against QuarkXPress?

I hold this company very high, and I do prefer InDesign over QuarkXPress, but please don't do this again … ever.
