ACJ’s Stormy Weather

It's been storming all day. Because of this, I wasn't able (or didn't bother) to play street basketball which I do pretty much every day. I've noticed that in this period of depression, I never feel good on days where the weather sucks and I don't work out (play 'ball)... today was no exception—I was cramped up all day, and couldn't stand much of any impulses.

Days like this can have positive sides too, though, as this little list of things I did today illustrates:

Finally cleaned up my room a bit (a lot).
Played some House of the Dead 3 (it rocks).
Listen to some David Bowie.
Finally implimented a self-updating 'blogroll again. This time it's not only applied to my weblog index, but also the daily and individual archives.
Was able to watch a soccer game.
Updated and modified all people pages, and most of the photo pages—added a lot of pictures to the photo log.
Chatted with some people I hadn't talked to for quite some time.

Tomorrow's supposed to be a stormy day also, let's see if can do any of the following:

Finish my weblog entry on the Bowie concert.
Finish the weblog entries that have been pending because of the Bowie entry.
Index the pictures of the Norms & Values project by date/time.
Further clean out my room, and sort out some paperwork.
Fill in this test that I got from my psychotherapist.
Pick up this special tour edition of David Bowie's Reality that I want so badly.
Create something beautiful.

I love Hours. Maybe not a so-called "classic Bowie" album, but it has its moments. Especially "The Pretty Things are Going to Hell" and "Thursday's Child".

It's raining like hell over here in SE Texas, too. Maybe I'll use that as an excuse to quit procrastinating and finish my blog. I'm so hung over right now... this ain't going to be a fun work day. Against my better (read: alcohol impaired) judgement I took two xanax last night. This (third) cup of coffee sitting next to my computer is the only thing that's keeping me together at the moment.
