ACJ’s Design

A label under which I put most of my creative expressions, be it graphic, typographic, identity, interaction, or otherwise. It is also the thing I happen to hold a degree in. Also see my projects.

Philosophy

To me, design is all about balancing: Balancing between visual expression and usability; between intuition and innovation; between quality and time-frame/budget. There’s always a yin and a yang. Sometime they compliment each other, but usually they conflict. This is not a problem, as long as they’re in the proportions that put the whole in harmony. ☯

Company

In 2007, I founded deIdee. Most of my professional work—and some of the bigger personal projects—have been done under that name, since.
